EffiLift32 - more throughput despite bottlenecks

With °gsi, Phase2 creates its own brand for workshop equipment for automotive companies. This is where Phase2 bundles all skills, from concept, design and calculation to production support. The result is the first product, the EffiLift32. It sets new standards in terms of increasing efficiency in the daily workshop process.

Crashbar - safety first

In an ambitious project, a solution to avert recurring damage to small vehicles had to be developed under time and cost pressure. The main focus here was on a cost-effective concept with simultaneous simulative functional validation without real test capacities.

In order to reduce development costs, test drives were to be carried out in this project by mapping boundary conditions and environmental influences to a test bay environment as realistically as possible.

Supplier management - just in time

The central task in these projects is to support OEMs in the automotive sector with industrialization know-how. We create concepts for a manufacturer of sporty automobiles and are responsible for them up to the production-ready component.
